Right Angle Transfer

Our Right Angle Transfer units are available in several configurations, each tailored to a specific need.

(LCR) Low Cost Right Angle Transfer:  This unit was designed using a paddle to directly contact the product, diverting totes and cartons reliably at a 90 degree angle from the roller direction of travel.

(SRD) Slim-line Right-angle Divert:  Based on the Low Cost Right Angle Transfer (LCR) design, this device was redesigned so that the components fit into a very slim profile (3" from top of roller to bottom of frame) allowing for better stacking of conveyors in a vertical layout facilitating a minimized footprint design in your facility.

(BRAT) Belted Right Angle Transfer:  The BRAT utilizes a more traditional pop up belt transfer perpendicular to the direction of the roller travel. Our BRAT can handle loads up to 250lbs. USS often combines our technologies and has designed a BRAT to work within our Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors for added design flexibility by the system integrator.
