With fifteen years of customer-oriented and project-based management experience, Joe brings a proactive, hands-on approach to each customer's toughest distribution problems. While working in Great Britain, Denmark and the United States, he successfully implemented a variety of difficult material handling solutions in the baggage handling, e-commerce, and courier industries. These projects included Amazon.com, Federal Express, Target Stores and the United States Postal Service.
Having worked in facilities and manufacturing maintenance management, as well as commissioning engineering management, Joe was instrumental in building core customer relations for some of the material handling industry's most prominent leaders. Joe works directly with the customer to fully understand the impact of automated equipment on the current workflow and existing equipment and personnel. This approach enables the customer to understand and anticipate the overall scope of the project, maintenance and operator training involved.
Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and is a certified Achieve Global Facilitator.
Joe also enjoys traveling and black and white photography.
