Bill Spittel

Purchasing Manger

Bill brings over 29 years of purchasing experience to the team at USS. Since receiving his certificate in Digital Electronics in 1981, Bill began his career in Purchasing, Sales and Manufacturing of Communication Equipment before joining Rockwell Collins. While there he was responsible for setting up long term agreements with Qualified Suppliers both in the US and aboard of custom components for communication equipment for our Military, maintained inventory levels at several locations of Rockwell Collins. He also brings to USS a resource as an ISO Auditor for our Quality Management System.

As a Purchasing Manager at USS, Bill is responsible for ordering and maintaining Qualified Suppliers, Inventory levels for product required for multiple Assemblies and Jobs based on our needs.

At home Bill enjoys spending time with his family, especially now with his grand children. He is a member in Baltimore County to help teach Boaters Safety Courses. His hobbies include home improvements, fishing & crabbing.
